Hi, I?m 15, 6 ft 3,play a lot of sports, our season ended two weeks ago, I went to a physio and he told me I have a trapped nerve in my hip & muscle spasms in my back. I?ve doing four different stretches he?s given me since then everyday but there?s still a bit of pain in my lower back, I?m guessing its because? I have to walk to school with a heavy bag on my back most of the week, carrying it around to half the day, I was just wondering, would this stretch help at all if I tried it? Thanks.
